I signed up for a webinar with this company but they canceled it the day before it was scheduled and told me that my live session was being "upgraded" to a recorded session for free. That's a downgrade and not what I signed up for. I asked if the session was being rescheduled. They dodged the question and tried to offer me an additional recorded session. I do not believe this company had any intention of hosting a live webinar with Q&A. When I asked for a refund, they told me it will take 2-3 weeks to process it.
Not sure how these spammers got my email address, but they've been sending me unsolicited messages ever since, and I can't make them stop. It's a pretty sad image for a company that has "compliance" in their name when they can't even comply with basic anti-spam laws.
Attended a live webinar for the Q&A portion. Presenter disconnected before the Q&A. I shared my concern that this was the only reason I signed up for this webinar - the info presented is available to anyone with an internet connection - it was the Q&A that had value. They gave me an email address to send my questions to. I did so and never got a response. Waste of money and time.
This company relentlessly sends email out. It doesn't matter if you unsubscribe. It keeps coming. Don't do business with this organization.

I needed to learn about HIPAA Updates and ComplianceIQ was very useful in this regard.
