I had to return a starter. The store manager (John) was most helpful. He is a personable guy, friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and he listens to you. I wish all managers were like him. John saved me from cancelling my trip up to Myrtle Beach spring rally. If you have an issue seek out John I'm sure he will help you out. Fantastic job John. Thank you

I like ordering from them because they give you a fitment of your models & makes of motorcycles! And there tech videos are great to watch! So you can do the jobs yourself! 👍

J&P has a great variety of products at reasonable prices but the search engine keeps forgetting which bike you just selected to filter products by. It is annoying as hell.

JP has a good selection and great customer service! My only gripe is that several times, things have sat in the "waiting for shipper pickup" status for an inordinate amount of time. Which is frustrating when RPM members says 2 day shipping. But their customer service makes up

Had a question on Clutch Plates for my 2008 Road King. Utilized the 'chat' - sharp young lady (?) was very helpful and conscientious. Shipping was quick. Haven't installed parts yet, but expect top quality from past experience.

I received the windshield pouches for a birthday gift. It was easy to install and looks great! I only wish they were held close by velcro... the latch MAY be an issue at 70 mph... we will see!

Bought open box Custom Dynamics Shark Demon headlamps. Missing installation hardware when received. Looked like tape on box may have failed in transit. J&P customer service was great to work with and corrected problem to my satisfaction.

Ordered a voltage regulator verified fit. But it was taller and the mounting holes were way off. I get a lot of parts from j and p, only second time I've had an issue so doing ok.

The inspections sticker plate that I bought was priced about where other places were. It arrived to me in the proper time frame. I've never had any real issues with J&P.

Searched online for a front tire. After numerous other sites suggested alternate sizes or showed my size as unavailable, I found J&P had it in stock at a great price.

They are always freaking professional getting my orders out right away keeping me updated through email and tracking numbers. Always ready to lend a hand with the customer service department should need ever arise. I give the company five stars.

Grips came quickly, although I did have to modify the left one because it was too long. Apparently older (1989)Electra Glides took a slightly shorter grip as they don't go under the switch housing

J&P Cycles web site is easy to navigate. I purchased a K&N air filter for my 2025 Indian Pursuit. It shipped very quickly, the price was great too. I highly recommend J&P cycles, no matter what brand of motorcycle you ride.

Headlight housing was in excellent condition, and was received within days after placing the order. I am very happy with J&P Cycles, and have tried to purchase additional parts that they did not sell.

Ordered a new pair of handlebar grips for my 98 Electra Glide. They were reasonably priced and shipped quickly. Really like them now that they are installed.

Ordered exhaust for Harley Davidson and received email 7 hrs later that it had been processed and picked up by the carrier. Item was on my porch 3 days later, A day earlier than expected! It sure is nice to see an established name in the business adapting to online sales with quick efficient service.

Right part at a good price. Cheaper than all the other sites. Quick service and a long time customer... back when I used to order from the old school paper catalog that you sent out free.

Ordered upgrades for 94 Springer and 07 Road King. Winters in Alaska are long and dark, this will help pass the time until riding season comes back around

Very pleased with service. However one problem is the flat rate of $60 for shipping to New Zealand as this makes it prohibitively expensive to order small items

Setting up my bike on the website gave me exactly what I needed. Gets everything that works correct the first time. Just click, add to cart and go. Shipping was quick. Had both tires within 2 days.

I'm receiving emails with promises of 10% off and have more trouble applying than worth it. You can't get a live person and the chat is a joke. If waiting until morning (usually forget if weekends) purchase not made or made simply paying premium price. J&P has many great products however, cost more than other options. Many purchases my wife would say so when want to talk about unhappy customer satisfaction, it's best to just lump it…

Easy and convenient website to navigate. Able find what pretty much any basic part or accessory that I want for my bike and they're actually in stock. Shipped out the next morning. Delivery took a little longer than expected but that was the post offices fault.

Service, ease of web site use, ordering logistics, all perfect. Worked as they should. I've bought hundreds of items over the years from J&P and I just felt the price was very excessive for hardware to hang saddlebags.

The lowering kit was exactly as described! Worked perfect and took about 20 minutes to install! Completely changed the ride of my bike! Very happy customer.

The 4.5 fit right in on passing lamps after loosening the rings 2001-0370. The 7" had to be bent slightly, trim bolt removed, and light bar dropped 2001-0368. Took a little patience but they look great.

The dip stick with temp gauge that was previously installed kept popping up and oil spewing out while riding. The nes replacement from J&P fit like glove. No more oil everywhere. Very satisfied.

I received my order in a timely manner, I did fallow all directions. Fit my 2014 Harley road king, installed it works great, looks fabulous. I would recommend this product to any one looking for style. Thank you J&P cycle

This thing is hard as shh! Long distance? I don't think so. Not JP fault, just not what was advertised as soft gel filled inserts. Plan on returning it for something better (softer). Haven't called them yet, but plan to.

Changed out stock Harley speakers with the Kenwood speaker and amp system it is surprisingly loud and really clear even at full volume. Was an easy install due to the plug and play design. I'm very happy and satisfied. I recommend this product if you're not looking to spend a ton of money. All wiring and hardware is included. 🙂👍

Good buying experience. From scanning the site, ordering and receiving the part was without any trouble. Prices are in same range as other sellers but I found J&P quicker on the delivery process.

Ordered handlebar grips not exactly sure what I needed. I only knew which ones I wanted. They fit perfectly. Quick install easy to read instructions and my delivery arrived in 2 days!

I ordered two big twin mini fuel filters for a 91 hd sportster. They're far too large, and it will cost more to return ship than I originally paid for shipping.

Was told your jp cycle t-shirt ran a little small so I ordered xxl way to big can't even wear it should have ordered my regular size xl guess ill give it away way to big for me to wear. But on other hand the tranny an primary oils worked out fine bike seems to like em will start buying them again

Ordered product. All is what I orders. Delivery changed twice. Longer delivery date each time. But I still do and will shop cause j&p has the products or can get them.

Ness oil gauge works and looks great. Braided line so much better than plastic hose. I mounted it different place did not like the line going across the engine (see pics)

I found the tires I needed in stock! They're an odd combination of sizes (15" front and 14" rear) but received both within a few days, as well as corresponding tubes and rim liners. Plus, free stickers! Yippee!

Order process was smooth, kit was missing the inner cam bearings. J&P sent replacements within 3 days. I would like to see an itemized parts list in the description to avoid any mistakes. Overall a great experience.

Used the size chart, gloves were too small. Ordered another pair and they came 3 days after estimated day. Still don't really like the fit but easier to try breaking them in than paying to return them.

The seat arrived in good condition however we discovered it would not fit my bike and had to return it. J&P Customer service were great, will definitely use J&P again.

Wrong parts. The flat covers are for a touring turn signal. They are much bigger. Not worth the hassle of returning them. I'll just eat it like I always do.

Very happy with the speed of shipping. Parts appear to be good quality. I have not had a chance to ride the bike yet because we've been buried in snow.
