Received four shocks for my truck. Two were not correct. Dealing with customer service was very simple and I was able to get a shipping label quickly to return the items.

Fast shipping! Front floor mats fit perfectly. Back floor mat was shipped folded and likely needs time to relax, heating up and conforming to all the corners; it is good now but will probably be better after awhile.

Can't rate the satisfaction of my ordered part as I haven't received it yet. No doubt the product will be rated at least 4+. The young lady that answered the phone in the sales department was extremely positive, made me feel her knowledge base of products offered was more than just adequate. Looking forward to a very positive outcome once I've received the order...

I had a great experience with RealTruck's customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong color cover and had to call in to get it sorted out. The representative I spoke with was extremely helpful, understood exactly what I needed, and made the exchange process quick and hassle free. They got the correct item shipped out fast, which I really appreciated. It's not often you find a company that handles mistakes this smoothly and efficiently. Excellent service all around I'll definitely be ordering from RealTruck again.

Delivery was faster than expected. Installation did not go so well. I called and spoke with customer service. The lady determined I need new rails which is unsatisfactory as I'm going on a trip and that's why I ordered the thing. She said it would take ten to fifteen days. I sent pictures per her request. Trying to follow up, I waited on hold an hour and a half. I gave up and hung up.

Purchased a new truck for me and my family and we wanted to take it on vacation. They were calling for rain storms on our travels so after doing some research, I was brought to real truck after looking at some reviews watching YouTube videos, asking people around town who had bed covers on their trucks, etc. we made the choice to purchase this from real truck and are very very pleased with what I got

Packaging was amateurish. Delayed due to lack of inventory. Damaged product received. Missing items. Over an hour on the phone with customer service between Real Truck and Back Rack then to continue through email. Terrible experience. Real Truck has ruined Back Rack, sadly.

Customer service was good. Price was a little more than I liked. Product came in with scratches and blemishes, I'm a little disappointed in that. I haven't received my second item yet even though it was ordered together at the same time. Experience could be better.

Looking to replace my roof rack. Had trouble finding a OEM product and getting it shipped in time, before I headed out of town. Sales found one that was higher rated weight wise. He said I would receive it before my trip. If I receive it in the next day or two, I will be happy.

Shopping and the help I received was spot on. Checkout was a breeze. When searching for item's keep in mind that the product viewing may not have "Real Truck" as the seller. Case-in-point, I was looking on Husky website and didn't find out till I called in for assistance. But no big deal also. Got the info needed to complete the purchase. My only Ding is that I didn't receive a delivery notice. My order sat outside for many hours in the pouring rain! Lucky that my order didn't matter that it was soaking wet.

Second time I order item after confirming with sales team in stock and call back to find out it's back ordered while the website still show in stock. This is false advertising company intentionally shows in stock items online for weeks after confirming over the phone items are on back order. I would not recommend dealing with this or any affiliated company. First this happened figured it happens but second time in a row that's just wrong way of doing business

Only got part of my order. What I got was good but they still haven't shipped the other item. I'm trying to get them to either cancel and refund or ship the remaining item. Probably would not purchase from Real truck again due to order problems and customer dis-service.

Bought some fairly expensive running boards for my truck to help my aging father-in-law get into the vehicle. Easy to buy from the website. Good tools, easy search and when I needed help, I was able to quickly get an agent to help me complete the transaction. The delivery part of the purchase has been a nightmare. The order shipped in three packages from multiple locations and vendors. One vendor did not have the product in stock, and it didn't ship. Customer support after the purchase has been terrible. The call wait times are always 45-mins to 2 hrs. They say they are having unusual call volumes, but my experience is that they are always understaffed. It has been 2 weeks and they still don't have any estimate on when I might receive the parts needed to install the running boards. It is darn near impossible to get them on the phone to get any info. Not sure I will buy from them again, I just don't trust their fulfillment process.

Spent hours looking through your website at hundreds of wheels that would fit my truck only to pick one and have you come back and tell me you can't get it anymore. That was frustrating and unnecessary. Take them off your side if you can't get them. Other than that, the people I worked with were fantastic.

The lady I spoke to on your chat was exceptional, I wish I could remember her name. She was polite, informative and patient. She definitely deserves some sort of recognition because you can't find good employees these days. Thank you

Parts fit great, easy to install. They arrived in good shape. Look good on my 2025 Tacoma. Ordered parts from Julie H, professional friendly knew what I needed for my truck.

Placed an order for floor liners, wheel well guards, hood guard, and mud guards. I first received the mudguards which were the wrong part number. Then the rest of my order next shipped out. When I called, they advised me that they had to cancel my order. I'm sure they would not have notified me if I didn't call.

I feel real truck was accommodating. They offered a good product an excellent product actually the thing is I have not unpacked it because I am not in any climate condition where I'm gonna be putting it on probably till spring so I'm assuming everything is is up to my standards, but other than that, it came well packed it was. It came quickly and I'm sure everything will be fine.

The entire process from start to finish was quick, flawless, and went as expected. On another note, I was totally impressed with the customer service team taking care of my 1st order which I ordered wrong. The CSR team took care of the return and then made certain my second order was placed. I'm waiting on the new order to arrive tomorrow and will be returning the just received wrong order back today. Absolutely the "BEST" customer service that lacks in most companies in today's world. I'll recommend your company to anyone looking for superior products coupled with outstanding customer service.

I was told the floor mats were better than another brand, but they are... in fit nor perceived quality. Rather than return them though we've decided the reduced cost makes them acceptable. Unfortunately the mud flaps don't fit so they will be returned.

The Salesperson LIED. I was getting ready to go out of town so I specifically asked how long the shipping took. He said 2 days to my door. I thought OK, that gives me a 2 day buffer Placed the order and payed for it through the link the salesman sent me via email. 2 days later I check the tracking info only to see the expected delivery date is the day we are leaving. I was rather upset by this. I called to find out what the issue is and was told the only 2 day shipping is expedited shipping that costs extra. And normal shipping is 3-5 days. At no time did the original salesman mention "expedited shipping". I had to find a buddy that could come to my house on delivery day to put in my garage. I have half a mind to return it when I get home.

RT advisor was specific about running boards mounting locations on vehicle that I was ordering for. As I am a "body technician" I Am familiar running boards in general, but "RT" advisor explained all questions in easy to understand technology. And the pictures On web site are good and not confusing to follow. The running boards that I ordered were in stock and advisor gave me a real time Estimate for delivery of item. He expected delivery to be 5 days, but they arrived in 8 days and that included a weekend. Not bad Time for Salt Lake City to central North Carolina. Box was in great shape and contents in pristine condition also. Have not installed yet as I prefer to have 3 hours to complete install with hopefully no interruptions. I am completely satisfied "Real Truck" My new running boards.

Trying to use the chat feature was terrible. I kept losing the initial associate and then would have to start the chat all over. This happened 4 times. Ultimately I was able to get my questions answered and products ordered. They are still in transit, so I can't speak of the quality and pace at which they will be delivered.

Easy to order as the customer service rep is very knowledgeable about the products. Price seemed fair - at least compared to the more advertised competitors. Shipping included in the quoted price- not an add on. The only negative is the thickness or feel of the mats themselves as they are not as hefty as the competition however they do fit perfectly As to longevity- that is up in the air as I just installed them- get back to me in 10 years LOL

Talked to Michelle G. She was very helpful. I asked for her ext. And called a second time a few days later. I am 72 an not fond of shopping on line. B ut with the help from Michelle I was very happy to find products I need for my new truck. And at very good prices.

Called to order a bed rack for my pickup truck. The advisor was very knowledgeable and made ordering the item easy. Just waiting for a notification of the ship date so I know when the items will arrive.

Service representative(Julie Hensley) was very helpful. Shipping was much quicker than expected. Have not installed the grille guard yet but it looks very solid.

Strange company. Affiliated with husky but had to source products from different source. Mays flawed as my set clips don't line up on passages side f250 do a bubble/hump is apparent. I do like the wheel liners however

Lindzy Jackson was extremely helpful, she went above and beyond, give her a raise! Will do business again with this company all because customer service was great. Hopefully the product is purchased will be to the same high standard.

I ordered a in stock bed cover 03/24/26 and it wasn't shipped yet. This is a very time sensitive issue. T have contacted customer service twice with no results. The only thing you have done right is take my money!

On line site wouldn't work for payment. Asked chat person if the side rail fit on top of bed sides, was told that they did, well guess what they don't. Am not impressed.

No paper instructions in the box. When putting the strap lock together and removed the tape there were a lot of metal shaving that were not removed because of this had to extra cation not to scratch the panels when installing. Other than that looks good and seems sturdy. Hopefully it will last. Don't want to buy to many of them at $1200 a pop.

My chat "person", Reagan, was able to help me with my order. Things went smoothly. My only 2 complaints: 1. Packages were shipped and will have arrived in 3 separate deliveries. (Still have not received 3rd package of rails) 2. The top rail package had been dropped on its end and dented/scratched paint on the end. Rail was sticking out of box end. The plastic end cover still fits, but for the price... maybe package better? (All this while reading on box "new improved packaging"! Product looks good. Will give updated ratings after installed and used.

As usual, they claimed everything was in stock. After several orders with them, I'm sure it was in stock, just not with Real Truck. In the last 2 months I've ordered several thousands of dollars in truck liners, matts, etc. So far every order has been totally piece meal and spread out over a couple of weeks. My first order had missing parts. I contacted and was told everything was delivered, case closed. I ordered Husky floor liners last week, they will finally show sometime late next week. If I would have ordered from Husky direct, I would have had the same price and had them in hand 2 days later. Will never use Real Truck again.

I was gonna get my tri fold from Ford when I was purchasing it and figured I get a great deal but the price was still too high. So I started shopping Amazon doing some research and found a link to Real Truck and called up and asked for some pricing and types of covers that he had. We'll we spoke briefly on different covers and the tech explained the info so we'll and let's say he made me an offer couldn't refuse. Thank you very much brother can't wait to install it. Oh and Real Truck beat everyone i researched hands down.

Package recieved with damaged box. Missing parts, and installed tape that came loose, stuck together, and it will be three or four more days until I can get replacement tape. I feel for approx. $700 the tape should be sent overnight. One drain tube was in the bottom of the box and contents of the Install parts was loose and all over the place. Please pay more attention to quality control. I expressed my concerns with shipping even before ordering. I guess that fell on deaf ears? I feel if this is the way Real Truck ships orders, I will shop else where.

I'm giving a 3 for satisfaction with product. I will lead by saying the customer service rep, Julie H, was awesome. Very helpful. She gets 6 stars. I am a bit disappointed that the nerf bars have not shipped yet. That said I realize Julie may have told me or it may have said on website and I missed it... that it could take a couple days before they ship. I also know we've become an "instantaneous is too slow" society.

I needed a truck cover ASAP. I contacted a sales rep through chat who confirmed my choice would ship 3-5 days. Two weeks later I followed up to find out the manufacturer was shut down to move locations and lead time was now ~6 weeks. The sales rep, Matt, eager to assist with my frustration, and professional! Matt was able to get this order cancelled, and worked through quick ship inventory matching a cover to fit my needs. I had my new cover on my doorstep 2 days later! Thank you, Matt, for showing me that customer *care* is not a forethought during my first purchase from RealTruck. Thank you again, Very Impressed Customer

Prompt delivery, Sales and Tech support is outstanding. Unfortunately, a warranty part I need to complete the install is backordered... Possibly a few weeks. Not happy about that.
